Policies

All readings / sessions are confidential and must be paid for in advance. You must be 18 years  old or older to purchase a reading/session from me. I do not answer legal financial or medical questions in any of my sessions or readings. I am not responsible for any decisions you make, legal, financial or otherwise, after a reading or session with me. I reserve the right to refuse services for any reason. 

 

Appointments: cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

 

Please tell me what you would like to focus on during your session in the note section provided at the time of purchase. You will be provided with a confirmation email once your purchase is completed with a link for our video conference via Google meets. You are responsible for making sure your device is compatible with Google meets before your appointed session.

 

 Please be on time for your appointment. You will get the most out of your session and I will have the time I need to do my best work.

 

 An appointment is considered late if you do not enter our video conference within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment. You will not receive a refund. You may pay for another session at a later date. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the start of the appointment is considered a missed appointment. No refund will be given. You may pay for and schedule another session if you wish.

I do not give refunds for readings that the client does not like.  You might get a bit of “tough Lovely” in our session.  My job is to tell you what I see  even if it makes you uncomfortable. Please do not share any part of your session publicly or online. Any guidance or insights that I share with you during our session are meant for your eyes only. When you purchase products or services for me you are agreeing not to share them  publicly or online. Doing so is the same as stealing from me. Don’t do that.
